2 Herbal Smudge Bundles of Rosemary & Lavender
Directions: Light the bottom of the smudge stick. Blow out the flame and allow the smudge bundle to smoke. Gently motion the smoke in a clockwise direction around you while setting your intention. When smudging your home, be sure to ll each room and all four corners. Ingredients: Michigan Harvested Common Sage & Lavender. Wooden matches and glass crystal.
Warning: Open windows before starting and never leave smudge bundle unattended while burning.
