Energy Therapy
The Set-Up
High-Level Awareness. The goal is to create high-level awareness in your life. First, we set sacred space by having you call in your spiritual team while tapping on the heart center for healthy boundaries. Next, you pick a color to meditate on and fill the room with that color for added safety.
Setting An Intention. An intention statement is set in the present tense for your desired outcome over the next three- to six-months. To aide in setting an intention statement, we use Dr. David Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness to determine how you see the world based on the calibration of consciousness with shame at the lowest vibration of 20 and enlightenment vibrating at 700+. Next you set a new goal of how you would like to see the world by reaching up into higher levels of consciousness which translates into high-level awareness.
Closing the Gap. Over the next three- to six-months, the goal is to help you close the gap from where you are, to where you want to be. This is accomplished by coaching and training you to learn a variety energy therapies for achieving your optimal level of vitality, health and well-being.
